Consultations are always free. We will often do phone consultations right when you call or you can set an appointment to meet in our offices if your time permits

You are our customer, service is what we sell. Do not use an attorney who only sees you as a paycheck and not as a human being. Don’t fall for newsletters that promise too much, they do you no good if you do not have access to your attorney after you sign the contract.

Most lawyers try to limit a “free” consultation to about 30 minutes. Basically enough time to determine if you are willing to pay their lofty fees. We place no limit on our consultations. We really want to know the facts of the case and what evidence/information you know about that is helpful to you and what information can hurt you. We are never in a hurry. We want to always be honest with you and to at least give you an idea of what we think about your case.

Once in a while we are really not able to to tell you much about the charge that you are being charged with because you do not know much about the facts of the case against you yet. For example; if you arrested for suspected driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol but you choose to submit to a blood test, it can be weeks before you know if your Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) is great that the legal limit of .08. Thus, when you speak about you case I can get lots of facts, but the big bit of information, your BAC is not yet know, so I can give no definitive answers on generalized statements based on what we do know.
